For the last two days our team has spent a great deal of time getting to know our staff and driving professionals here in Tannersville, Pennsylvania. We concentrated on the following areas to help make Byron and his staff successful:
- We produced our Truckload Q4 Rally here in the field for all of our P & D employees.
- P & L knowledge and budget focus for 2016 was reinforced.
- Trailer identification,planning, and sell plan
- Cost appropriation
- Maintenance strategy and cost control
- Driver engagement & retention
- Staff plan and development calendar
- Safety visit by our Area Risk Manager and account audits
Our team stayed engaged and welcomed the training and knowledge sharing. We have great people that want to be developed and part of a bigger team. Our visit to Tannersville was a wise investment for the future of our Walmart/Sam's business.
