The local city police were very little help and would not tow the vehicle. This particular delivery location is one of the hardest and least favorite sites among our carriers and asset drivers. You can certainly see why it takes skill and patience to handle this site.
The SUV owner finally showed up with his chihuahua in his arm. He never apologized and acted poorly towards our driver. Can you imagine how frustrating this would be if it impacted your entire day? There is a difference between professional drivers and pure amateurs.
It is a challenge to be safe in delivery areas like the above.
