Just to let you know I just had a B-Service in St Louis . They did a great job and are a great bunch of folks there. Now, just a thought. It would be nice now that we have the J.B. Drive app if the shop's could send a msg when your truck went into the bay and. if they encountered any issues, and when the maintenance event was complete. This would help the guys and gals who are at the hotel or going home. That way we wouldn't need to call to see if it was ready.
Thanks for all that the team is doing to make it better out here for the driver's.
We have tools to do this today in a VRU format. But, to fully answer Terry's question we will talk to the technology team to see if this is on 3.0 or any future roadmap for our Drive app.
