We need everyone to concentrate on the ability to keep our drivers moving during the 1.5 weeks til Christmas. Drivers like Fred are prone to operate through Christmas on a load when they have been well-utilized up to the holiday. Fred communicated to us that yesterday was a difficult day for him. He was empty and waiting on a dispatch from 9:30 PM on December 15 to 3:15 P.M. on December 16. So, lets make sure we all push to have capacity on the road and freight in the trailer to deliver the best Christmas ever for our Truckload team.
