Monthly Elevation Success Story


ELEVATION success has been found in all aspects of business, including janitorial services. One ELEVATION idea recently completed involved competitively bidding local janitorial supplies for the Lowell facilities. To complete this project, the spend from office supplies, print consumables, office furniture and janitorial supplies were all pulled together into one large competitive bid. This resulted in better pricing for all of these categories beyond what would have been achievable had these categories been bid out separately.
This ELEVATION idea had many benefits, including:

It showcased the need for a more structured approach to competitively bid spend categories
It reduced annual spend for janitorial supplies in Lowell by 18%
