We spent valuable time with our Independent Contractors at our Louisville Roundtable Series Wednesday night. When we spotted Jeannette in her truck, we noticed Scarlett too. Jeannette was one of the Professional Drivers who pushed for our new Pet Policy in Truckload. Jeannette was a company driver when she first contacted us about considering a policy change.
Our Contractors shared a lot of ideas on what they loved about our company and areas we could improve to make the experience better. These business owners are sharp when it comes to running a profitable, small company. They have an intense interest in revenue and cost control.
