Jermaine Ziglor was a Lease Purchase driver for J.B. Hunt. A few weeks ago his LP truck had maintenance issues that could not be repaired putting him into a situation where he had to decide what to do.
We approached Jermaine with the opportunity to purchase a truck through an exclusive program from SelecTrucks in Houston and become an independent Contractor for J.B. Hunt Transport. This was a new venture for the J.B. Hunt IC/LP group and we are pleased that Jermaine was willing to try this new program out and put himself into a better situation as an Independent Contractor.
Jermaine picked his truck from the SelecTrucks website and once the truck was prepped and ready to roll, SelecTrucks flew him to Houston to complete the truck purchase.
He is now operating as an Independent Contractor for J.B. Hunt with the opportunity to be a successful owner. His goal is to purchase more trucks and grow his fleet of trucks with J.B. Hunt Transport.
