Joshua Splawn, an Independent Contractor with Truckload, just paid off his truck. His plan is to become an independent contractor with our intermodal team out of Memphis, Tennessee. This is the career path we sell to our employees and contractors. It is our "secret sauce." We love it when it comes to life for our folks. Congratulations Joshua!
