Driver Feedback from Hotline

Here is a view from one of our Professional Drivers regarding the survey data shared on our hotline:

I would like to defend our night and weekend staff.  A lot of improvement has been made over the past couple of years.  Lately they have been very friendly and helpful to me.  They have also been prompt for the most part.  I have two points that might help.  They seem short-handed on some of their shifts, so think about beefing that up a bit.  They might simply be overtasked.  Secondly, it has gotten better, but it seems the pass down from weekdays to nights/weekends is not always solid.

Keep up the hard work of making this product better for all of us out here!
