In the last 3 months the Southwest Region has taken on 3 new Fleet Managers.
Deryn jumped right in and started helping out with employee development. She has been instrumental in helping train while continuing to keep her business running smoothly. Also, while they were being trained Deryn had 10 more trucks on her fleet than the rest of the Fleet Managers in the SW. She is a dedicated and hard working employee!
