Andy Parrish went out of his way to help us with a critical emergency load yesterday. We were impressed by his dedication to stay until we heard from his driver that was about to shut down because we needed her location.
Along with that dedication, he stayed on the phone with us while we helped the PCS carrier understand the shut down location and how critical the load was for the customer. Andy showed great leadership skills and stepped up to help Nestle Water's get the load to Costco. Please give Andy a big pat on the back and let him know we appreciate his hard work.
