Truckload Driver Survey - Facility Upgrades and Satisfaction

We polled our Truckload Drivers via their Peoplenet units to see how satisfied they were with the new upgrades to 4 of our service centers.  Southgate, California upgrades scored highest among our sites we provided to grade. 

 We also collected comments from our Professional Drivers.  Here is a sample:

Keep up the great work.  It is nice to know that J.B. Hunt really cares.  Not many companies do these days.  Thank J.B. Hunt! Y'all are doing very good work.  I have been with J.B. Hunt for 27 years and this is much better.  Keep up the great work! The biggest problem at our terminals, even after the remodeling, is lack of parking- especially Dallas and Memphis-  lessens the impact of the upgrades if you can't park at our facilities.
