When we completed our Truckload Rallies last Wednesday we got a great surprise back on the 4th floor. Kayla Hubbell and 5 of our newest Night/Weekend Dispatchers were involved in New Hire Training. We are making sure we provide the development necessary to provide the service we all expect. We know all to well--the investment we provide now will provide the leaders of the future.
