We have a brand new Navigation team and want to make sure you know the improvements here at J.B. Hunt. We will be managing all the requests that come in for modifications to the GPS navigation system on the Trucks. As Professional Drivers you will be able to send feedback directly to the Navigation team from your OBC by selecting the Feedback button on the Navigo Main Menu.
Also, if you have any issues with the navigation system, please send the details to Navigation Support along with the Origin and Destination customer codes. If a route is incorrect or takes you down a bad road, we want to hear about it! Please let our team know how we can make the journey smoother for the next driver. If the customer position on the GPS is incorrect or at the wrong entrance at a customer, let us know! This effort will make us safer and more productive.
All changes should be taken care of within 24 hours. You will receive a reply we have successfully updated the route. Please send any questions to Navigation Support.
