With another group of attendees in town, we found ourselves enjoying a rare sunny day in Lowell, AR last week.
When the weather is nice, laughing and learning with instructors like our Safety Manager Deb Beecher is easier. Even when going through your pre-trip inspections our drivers admitted to learning a trick or two concerning how to be a bit more efficient.
With select areas of focus we are able to look at a couple different angles when navigating the course behind our training facility.
The day didn't stop on the course. We moved inside and our ELD expert Bo Hardy met with us to teach the art of navigating our PeopleNet unit with ease. Bo is an expert at showing how to make adjustments when needed and how to certify our logs correctly.
Every week we are strengthening the Truckload team by establishing and building relationships with our driving force. There is nothing like having a foundation built on mutual respect and trust. The Lowell Driver Experience is just one of our 2016 culture changes designed to make a better life for our drivers and their families.
