We made a trip to East Brunswick, New Jersey and wanted to share the lay of the land before our investment creates a more modern terminal for our Professional Drivers and office/shop employees.
Welcome to the Garden State!
Laurie Patterson is a pillar in the East Brunswick Terminal.
We have not seen this board at any other facilities yet. It will be great when we are also sharing data and updates in this board. The current information relates to Driver Appreciation from September 19-26 and it showcases all the energy that our folks felt this year.
Our interactive stations will get a remodel very soon.
The breakroom will soon look more like a driver lounge. I can tell you that the folks love it in Atlanta and North Little Rock.
Here is our orientation room. Based on our current open trucks in Truckload, we would be much better if every seat was filled in this learning center.
The yard has expanded twice and has taken on a new look with the addition of the C & S business in the northeast. Ample parking was apparent during our walk around.
