We sent an update to a major client concerning some of the changes in our Truckline. Here is what they sent back:

We agree that the OTR business needs improvement, as we have shifted away from JB Hunt in several lanes over the past 12 months due to the inconsistent performance levels you mentioned. I am encouraged that JB Hunt has resolved to improve this important part of the business and am confident that J.B. Hunt will succeed in your endeavors.
We share in this customers confidence with our plan. It will be exciting to hear what this Top Tier client says about Truckload in one year.
