Hunt Hero-Susan Looney





For the past several weeks Susan has been staying late to keep in contact with the Orientation classes in the Southwest and West Service Centers.

She stays in constant contact with the Service Centers to get the drivers out of the class quickly, assigned to an open truck and supplying accurate travel information to each driver.

She follows up at home on iDesk to make sure the drivers travel plans are completed and issues are dealt with.

Susan is the most courteous and driver conscious person that I know. She is always asking to help anyone and never leaves anything incomplete. She is a vital part of a brand new drivers "orientation" into the company and is a warm voice and personality for them to work with.
