Here is our current holiday plan for Truckload. Our strategy allows for 235 Professional Drivers to be routed through the house while dispatched on a load. This will allow JBT to deliver excellent customer service and maintain our capacity throughout the Christmas and New Year holiday. We also have 209 drivers who have agreed to forgo time off during the holiday. We must ensure that these folks get great service on miles and efficiency. They are sacrificing their holiday and we must deliver a great experience.
Thank you for sharing this. I always wondered what truck company numbers started to look like over the holidays. I am in a related industry so I really do enjoy learning the other aspects that make what I do work.
