Shout out to Mandie here--- Of the three questionable transit loads on Kimberly Clark freight yesterday she was the only one that took the initiative to contact the driver multiple times to ensure delivery would be met. Kept in contact with us the entire time. That's going above and beyond, we really appreciate that over here.
