Bronze Plan – Low cost plan option.

Cigna Network Changes – adding new Local Plus
network. Could affect your network.

MD Live - lowering the fee for telemedicine to
$5/use – great option for minor medical events

Premium discounts will work the same next year
as 2015, completed through Keas website:
o
Health Assessments completed in 2015 will give
$10 per week EE and $10 per week covered spouse (except Kaiser and Bronze
Plans)
o
Tobacco free discounts - $10 per week EE and $10 per week covered
spouse.
VISION, DENTAL, and DISABILITY

Dental and Vision remaining the same, very small
adjustment in rates.
·
Vision frame allowance has increased to $150
every 24 months.
·
Driver Disability - The plan design is exactly
the same, but the premiums are
approximately 25% less for next year.
If you are already enrolled, you will stay on. If you are not, Open Enrollment is the time
to enroll. Also, the plan is moving from
Hartford to Liberty Mutual.
