Removing Busy Work

This is an example of a drastic reduction of busy work (noise) that has been removed from our Fleet Managers and Drivers work load:

 

 

These are errors that were causing us to do busy work to remove them from our workspace.  The Stop Number Does Not Match Next Available Stop accounts for a 35% reduction in workload week over week!
