Small brown boxes departed Lowell, Arkansas today filled with customized hats and a personal letter for each $50K Club driver. We chose a Mossy Oak Camo hat, a first for the $50K club.
The back of the hat has a special designation that showcases our driver's achievement of earning over $50K for 2013. Our goal is to have more drivers achieve $50K+ in earnings in 2014. Much of the challenge rests on our shoulders here in operations, pricing, planning and support functions. Our drivers depend on us every day. Their families depend on them to provide for their well being. Every day we help our drivers get closer to the goal. Hopefully our drivers enjoy the hat as a small token of our appreciation for the job that they do.
