Making Truckload Better-One Step at a Time

We are all working hard to make our Truckload Division stronger and better.  We received this note from one of our drivers regarding the hotline that was updated last Saturday:

WOW! THANK YOU!! Getting help when we need it continues to be a top priority concern for all TL drivers - knowing where we are taking our culture and the effect it will have outside the boardroom, makes it SO much easier to calm and soothe our fellow drivers and ease their concerns!
Coupled with better Pre Plan display, which high end drivers can take advantage of to maximize their time (by planning the trip, routing and paperwork (documentation of the load) while being unloaded) - instead of having to do all of that AFTER the unloaded call and following dispatch - will really be a stress relief, in a world of high pressure scheduling and customer demands!
J.B. Hunt--you are the bomb!!!! Keep up the good work!
